So grateful to have this clinic in the neighborhood. Have worked with Dr. Tin and Dr. Nahornyak and both are wonderful and well-suited to their fields. Really appreciate how attentive and thorough everybody is, the receptionists and assistants are also really friendly and on top of things. A+ all around, thanks as always for what you do.

WOW this was a great experience. Both Dr. Tung and his staff were exceptional. Dr Tung was the first Dr. who took the time to listen to me and ask questions. I have a good feeling that my ongoing eye problem for the last 3 years will be resolved. I felt like he cared And wanted to help.

I just started going to this office and highly recommend it! For one, they do not overbook so you will be taken within a few minutes of your appointment. The staff is knowledgeable and administer most of the exams and then you meet with the doctor. I see Dr Sing Your Li and she has a wonderful bed side manner and one can feel comfortable with her because she exudes knowledge and compassion. Overall, I give this five stars but I would mark even higher given their professionalism.

The quality of care and level of thoroughness was great. However, the promptness to being seen at your appointment time was lacking and pretty awful to be honest. The latter is the reason I will not be returning to this office. I would rather drive 20 mins out of the way to be seen at my appointment time and be in and out rather than be inconvenienced by spending 1.5 hrs in a doctor's office. I had eye infection so it was great to find an office within 5 mins of my job so I could run there between things at work by taking an early lunch. I had a 10:30AM appointment and wait 20 mins to be called in. Not sure if I picked a bad day, but the office was filled with older folks who likely had no where else to be. After finally being brought in and seen, I was offered the opportunity to have an annual eye exam done too. I asked if it would be long and specifically told the medical assistant I needed to leave by 12PM to go back to work. She said it wouldn't be long and completed the initial exams and told me to wait in the inside waiting area for the rest of the exams. I was patiently sitting there and it is now 11:45AM and I have yet to be seen for the last set of exams. I flagged down the medical assistant and tell remind her that I need to leave by 12PM and it is now 11:45AM and if the rest of the exam cannot be done, I need to leave now. She rushes me in to do the last exams and I was able to just make it out by 12PM to make it back to work for my meeting. No idea why the additional exams weren't done sooner and only complete once I complained about the wait.
