I usually see Dr Valentino but today I saw Dr Ventimiglia- she was amazing very patient, kind and thorough. The appointment ran behind due to an emergency but she greeted me and apologized although no fault of her own. She was through and did the procedure quickly and efficiently. She was great! I didn’t feel rushed or anything. She was very gentle as well! I love this place staff Chrissy Sue nurse Danielle, managers Deanna and Dana, Sue the ultrasound tech, from Joan to Tammy amazing! Thank you all for everything you do! And also thanks to Saba I. Billing ! 🤭😻

I have been going to the Mineola office for the past 7 years. 10/17/25 was my first time with Dr Elizabeth Chen, She is absolutely amazing! She made me feel comfortable, listened carefully to all my concerns and explained everything clearly. I felt truly cared for during my visit ( I was her last patient for the day ) Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable gynecologist!

I have been a patient here since 2013. I originally started at the New Hyde Park location with Dr. Ventimiglia. She was decent, but a bit stoic. I eventually had Dr. Husserl in Mineola, as my primary OBGYN and had a much better experience as a patient and was my favorite. Dr. Ella delivered my first baby. She was nice and kind, but during my first delivery I did feel a bit pressured with pushing. Dr. Nodelman delivered my second child and did a great job. Dr. Levine, has a great sense of humor and Dr. Chen, who delivered my third baby. I did feel a bit confused and stressed when Dr. Chen said I had to schedule an induction for my third pregnancy, which confused me since I had no complications or concerning history. Nonetheless, I ended up having a great natural delivery with my third because Dr. Chen accommodated all of the requests I discussed beforehand. Tammy, Denise and the woman with the red hair at the front desk are nice. Jessica, the other girl at the front desk, was lazy, uninterested and was often on her phone. Sue, the older sonographer, made me cry during one visit. She had me and my daughter wait an hour and fifteen minutes for a sonogram because I arrived 10 minutes late. I kept asking for updates because I was pregnant, tired, and had woken up late and both starving. She never gave a courtesy update, and when I finally spoke to her she was very rude. Besides the lows, highly recommend this office!

Unfortunately I had a bad experience my last prenatal visit to this office with Dr. Ventimiligia. I went in because I was concerned about something and I am in my first pregnancy so I don’t really what is normal or not. She walked in, without a hello says what’s going on. Already rude walking into the room. I explained, she barely looked at me or talked to me at all. I then tried to explain how I have a fibroid to which I said polyp by accident bc her rudeness and shortness was making me so uncomfortable and nervous that I couldn’t think of the word and I just had a polyp removed. When I said polyp she laughed and goes that’s not possible. Rude. Then she started to tell me how I should get a flu shot, I listened, and when she was done she goes so do you want it and I said not right now I’m going to think about it. She gave me the dirtiest look and said “why not, it’s safe”. Then proceeded to lecture me about vaccinating my child when I am there to check on my health and the health of my baby. Unfortunately her rudeness and judgement was so unsettling. I have seen 3 doctors in this practice so far and she was by far the worst. Didn’t listen to me, didn’t try to understand, discuss or talk to me. Could care less about me. When she was done with the exam she didn’t say anything besides we should have results soon and walked out. I left there confused, disappointed and upset. I have never experienced a doctor like her in my life and that unsettling feeling is something I hope no mother to be should ever have to go through.
