I have performed requested service for this company back in Sep. 2019. They were requested a quick turn around time and at the end we never got payment form this company for the service provided. If they do it to vendors what would they do to their consumers. Think twice before you order service for them.

Company charges “port to port” full cost. They do not give proof of how long the “port to port is” so expect to pay an additional $392.00 on any simple electrical issue, as they will charge you full cost for one hour on each end—this is on top of $250 they charge for the first hour. In other words, even if the electricians spend 20 minutes or less in the apartment, the LOWEST you will pay is $698.98. They also told me that they were coming or going from another nearby appointment and still charged for an extra two hours for “travel” time. It’s super shady, and when called out on it, the company gets super defensive. They told me they will never do work for me again because I want proof of the “travel” time. I would never hire them again, so we are at least in agreement there. Avoid at all costs.
