Staffs are nice and polite. They offer bagels and hot drinks while you wait. However, the wait time is a little long even with an appointment scheduled I had to wait almost 3 hours for my car to be serviced.

Their drivers are reliable and always on time, but the operator is horrible. She is very rude, barely understands English, hands up and puts on hold on purpose. Terrible service. Last couple of times I was barely able to order and now I finally gave up and switched to another service!

Tried to cancel in advance more than 10 times, but the line was always user busy. No email was sent to confirm booking, and the poor driver was sent to us for no reason. Do not recommend their service.

The worst service I have ever experienced, my grand mother needed transportation for her radiation treatments and the driver was rude and yelling at us simply because we asked him to drop us at the back of the hospital where the oncology center is. This business should be shut down. Also customer service is incredibly rude and hostile when asked any simple questions. Terrible. I do not recommend anyone to use this company.

This is the worst and most irresponsible car company. The lady dispatcher doesn’t have any feelings when she knows there’s a significant delay in your trips and does not bother to call you to let you know. My appointment was 4:30 and I scheduled my ride for 3:30 pick up. I called them at 3:30 and the dispatcher said 20 mins late. At 3:45 I call again ,she said another 20 minutes delay. By 4:10pm I was furious. I called again and she said 20 mins more delay and no cars. I told her my appointment is at 4:30 and she said driver coming at 4:25om with out any comprehension that you will missed the appointment that took you 6 months to make. She treats you like it’s all your fault that you need a ride and disregard that people do have to keep a time schedule and that it’s ok to be 55 mins late. When the driver arrived I went to speak to him. He was just as nonchalant as the lady dispatcher and said there are no cars. If there are no cars why accept my order and ruin my day. I already missed my appointment and now have to reschedule for another 6 months out. Lucky express does not care that I do not have to choose them and that there are other car companies I can choose. And they will probably never change their customer service attitude. But I will change and will never use them again.
