I came today to ask for opinions to fix my bracelet but Lisa was able to tell me pros and cons to fix this and running risk of breaking again, and went straight to go through the process of selling my broken bracelet and use the proceeds for a new piece of jewelry I like. She also asked for my preferences and provided many options for myself or as gifts for family. Shes very detailed and thinking out of box in supporting customers. Highly recommend!
