Whether I’m with friends, coworkers, or on a casual date night, this place never disappoints. The energy is always lively, the staff is genuinely friendly, and the food consistently hits every craving for spice, comfort, and flavor. Let’s talk food!! This is where Luogong truly shines. I’ve tried quite a few items from the menu, and honestly, everything has been amazing, but there are definite standouts that I keep going back for: • Mala Beef Skewers with the Specialty Spicy House Sauce: hands-down the star of the show. Perfectly tender beef grilled with that signature smoky flavor, balanced with their addictively spicy house sauce. I order these every single time. • Cucumber Salad & Cauliflower Salad: refreshing, flavorful, and the perfect balance to all the grilled dishes. Both are seasoned just right: garlicky, tangy, and full of crunch. • Chicken Skewers: juicy, flavorful, and grilled to perfection..definitely recommend for anyone new to skewers. • Egg Fried Rice & Lo Mein: comforting classics done exceptionally well, with that perfect balanced seasoning. • Fish Fillet: light, tender, and packed with flavor.. definitely underrated on the menu. Another huge plus? They serve soju, which makes it the perfect place to unwind after work or kick off a weekend hangout. The menu pairs perfectly with drinks ◡̈ especially if you love that mix of spicy, savory, and smoky flavors. The atmosphere is relaxed yet lively, and they do a great job accommodating both small and large groups. It’s ideal for a chill night out, but also has just the right vibe for a first date ♡ casual, fun, and full of good food and conversation starters.. remember you’ll have the option to grill your own skewers; that’s a convo in itself!! =) The staff deserve special mention! They’re attentive, friendly, and always ready to recommend dishes or adjust spice levels based on your taste. You can tell they really care about the experience. Overall, Luogong Grilled Skewer is one of Flushing’s hidden gems. Amazing skewers, authentic flavors, great drinks, and a warm, welcoming vibe that keeps you coming back again and again.

I walked in just wanting a drink without ordering a full meal. The gentleman at the front desk was incredibly welcoming and hospitable. He even brought me some snacks! Amazing service and a great vibe. Highly recommend!

I thought everything tasted good overall. The atmosphere was quite cozy too. Their signature is lamb marinated with green plum enzyme, but honestly, I couldn’t really tell the difference from regular lamb, still, it was tasty. The self rotating grill was convenient since you don’t have to turn the skewers yourself, but only the center had strong heat, while the sides were much weaker. Maybe it’s better to have the skewers partially grilled before bringing them to the table.

The cumin lamb was just perfect. It’s probably one of the best I have had. Malay beef skewers were good, lamb skewers were okay. Green beans were good, too. Will be back to try additional items. Service was good. Place was pretty quiet on a Friday night.

I got dinner with one of my friends here and we were stuffed by the end! Luogong Grilled Skewers is located inside of a plaza and has a nice ambiance for chilling with friends. Service here is pretty quick and really nice. They also gave us a whole potato pancake on the house! For food, we ordered the beef skewers, their pork belly enoki skewers, cheese corn, and sweet and sour pork. Everything was so good but we did think the beef skewers were a bit on the gamey/dry side (maybe we just overcooked it??). Other than that, every dish was so good. Would love to come back.
