I went on a Wednesday night. The lady at the desk was very friendly. Probably one of the best laundry mats Ive been too. They even have wifi!

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing Luxwater Laundry, and it exceeded all my expectations! The first thing that struck me was how impeccably clean the facility was. Every corner gleamed with freshness, making my laundry chore a breeze. What truly sets Luxwater apart is their state-of-the-art machines. All of them are brand new, ensuring top-notch performance. I was pleasantly surprised by how efficient the dryers were. Not only did they dry my clothes evenly, but they did it lightning-fast, saving me both time and money. But it wasn't just the machines that left a lasting impression. The customer service, particularly from Wendy, was exceptional. She greeted me with a warm smile and was incredibly helpful throughout my visit. Her friendly demeanor made me feel right at home. Needless to say, Luxwater Laundry has won me over. I've decided to make it my go-to laundry spot from now on. If you're looking for a clean, efficient, and customer-centric laundry experience, I highly recommend Luxwater. You won't be disappointed!

There are a couple of laundromats nearby. This is definitely the most beautiful and cleanest place I have ever been to. If you are tired of long waiting for laundry to wash and dry up, you can take a rest or play your phone by sitting on the the chair near the window. Here is the price list for anyone who is interested in. I think it's pretty reasonable S 3.25; M 4.25; L 6.00; and XL 8.00. It also showcases many detergents in front section too. I usually don't leave comments, but I like this place so much that I think it's necessary for everyone to know about it. Nice place!!!

I’ve been using this laundromat for more than 2 months now. Before giving the details about this place, I saw people wash their shoes in the machines. Either there should be another machine or washer cleaning is a must after! Owners should mindful of it. Place: • there is a vending machine which is nice because supermarkets are smelly around neighborhood. It was not working too, they fixed. • from card machine you buy a card with deposit and tap money for the next time usage. • small machine $3,5 • medium machine $4,5 • large machine $6,25 • you choose heat (cold, warm, hot - cold with prewash, warm with prewash, hot with prewash). If you add prewash, price is added. • small and large machines operates in warm but in medium, warm comes as cold. So don’t pay for the warm for the medium ones. • dryers are big -no option- $0,25 for 5 mins. You start and tap to add mins. If it’s big load it takes 35-40 mins to dry. • Hispanic lady is really helpful. • at least 4 machines are out of order at the same time, or for deep cleaning purposes they might put the sign (I saw today that she was starting machines with cleaning materials/tablets for the machine). • i cannot be sure about the peak hours, sometimes unexpectedly crowded. But you’re fine before 5 pm. Weekends are busy. • everybody comes and goes, as mentioned before, there’s no security. Should it be? I don’t know, nowhere is secure in NY city from my point of view. Edit in 4th month: I saw bugs on the window, told the lady. She responded “they are only at the window, not coming inside. Shockingly disgusting. No better option in the neighborhood, but took my 2 points from 4 to 2!

Utterly disgusting attitude. I needed to dry my clothes before an urgent morning meeting because I got my shirt wet and went to dry my clothes but they told me I can’t just come in and dry my clothes and I have to wash first?? Like I didn’t need washing service and I paid for the card, I have all the freedom to do whatever I wish. And the store has no sign that specifies that you MUST both wash and dry. So out of urgency I offered to pay for Washing but I will not wash since I don’t have the time . I LITERALLY OFFERED TO PAY FOR SERVICE I DIDN’T NEED. But still they’re so nonchalant of other’s individual needs and denied drying service to me. I have never seen a place where it is mandatory to wash and dry. I gave my card back then and there and didn’t ask for the refund. Take my money if it’s all you like. I literally don’t care and I don’t wish to come back or even step near that place.
