Coming to places for yearssssss Back when it was $35 for an hour 😫 😪 Lily was the best for meeee then she left and then I got shi shi then she left 😢 😭 Sure the price is gone up to $50 but take it from someone who been coming here for years I can tell you that you get your money worth And if your looking to become a regular its obvious gonna take time to find the right person and for someone to learn how you want things ✨️ But will always recommend this place to everyone ✨️❤️❤️ Ps: parking is an ass if you dont wanna find a meter. And people complaining about the $15. Look this way do you guys know how many people walk out on them in a day...its like begin a server they live off their tips....and for those saying well find another job.....its not as easy for you as it is others.... On that note ill stay coming here ✨️❤️🤩

After a friend recommended massages here, I gave it a try and kept coming back. A 60 min full body massage is $50 with a $15 min. tip. Considering that you would have to pay at least double elsewhere for a 60 min massage, $15 tip is not much to ask for! I have paid more than double at an actual spa, so you get what you pay for in NYC! Heads up - The bedding isn’t comfortable with barely any cushion (comparable to lying on a plank of wood with a thick towel covering).

I would give it 5 stars except they have this mandatory $15 “tip” minimum. However if you like good massages and don’t mind paying $45 for 60 min. massage plus $15 MINIMUM “TIP” then this is your place. I’ve been to other classy and more expensive massage spa but this place is still better at giving massages.

I was looking for a place to go to with my husband for a last minute date. My husband has never done a facial before and his skin is super dry. I was able to call and book an appointment, same day a half hour before getting there. They asked No questions about our skin or what we use on our skin. Online they offer an array of choices, but in person she was shocked when I asked for the different facial options. She pretty much said they do deep pore facial for the most part which is $60 per person. It was an hour service and a lot of steps. It was NOT relaxing, as she was booking appointments while doing my facial. She was doing extractions on my face and answering the phone. My eyes were covered so I have no idea if she had gloves on and how she's touching the phone then my acne prone skin while extracting. My total was $120 plus tax and I gave a 20% tip and she turned to me and said that if she is suppose to spilt this tip? She then taps a sign which says $15 per person for the service, making it about 33% tip. I think she was trying to make me feel like I'm cheap for tipping what I thought appropriate. The service wasn't bad and my husband loved his first time facial. My skin is also super soft. Not sure if i would ever go back, I see they have other services that are affordable, but add tax and mandatory minimum tip. Also what if you get multiple services, are you to tip $15 to each person who helps you? 🤔

The space is clean, however the bedding etc. Is very cheap. The massage I had was a bit rough even though I told the masseuse to take it easy. The worst part of this?! The mandatory $15 tip. If a massage is $50 I usually tip $10 which is 20%. But obligating people to $15 is ridiculous and I will be reporting them to Department of Consumer Affairs for this illegal practice.
