Their services was amazing, they found the issue in a timely fashion, when other shops could not. They kept me informed every step of the way, via text, email, and cell. Great service, they are a full service repair shop. Their staff can handle any issues your vehicle may have.

Jason and Liz are good people, they explained the situation thoroughly, I was concerned at first but we talked everything through and realized that the work they suggested that we do had also been recommended by the dealer at astronomical rates, and that M Spec was actually making sure that I didn’t have problems in the future and addressed everything that the dealer sort of brushed to the side!! They fixed a fuel rail leak and a damaged intake manifold that was caused by another mechanic and a valve cover leak that I had been avoiding and the dealer waited until the warranty had expired to mention.

MSPEC has, not only the finest automotive service anywhere, their customer service and the folks who work there are one-of-kind individuals!! Kelsey is so helpful everytime I am there and takes the time to chat and say hello (and knows her car stuff to the "T"). Victor the foreman welcomed me with open arms when my Porsche had issues this morning and ensured me that it will be ok. MSPEC has a customer for life!!!

Steve and his team conducted a PPI in about an hour, incredibly through, lots of pictures, and honest review. When calling in to discuss he gave an incredible amount of detail, as well as estimates on work that would need to be conducted on the vehicle to bring it up to 100%. Will definitely recommend him and his team to everyone, thanks again!

I thought M-Spec Performance team was reliable. Before I brought my 2007 SL 550 in for servicing, they looked up my car specs and informed me of the recommendations based on mileage. The price was a $1,000 more because they found something else. They fixed it and it ran like gem. So I thought. Less than a month after having my car serviced, I suddenly had pinhole leak in my hydraulic fluid line. Is it too much of a coincidence to suddenly have issues where there were none. I don't think so.
