Can’t recommend this salon enough! Such a wonderful experience, from start to finish. It’s super easy to make an appointment, everyone at the salon is super friendly, and you even get any kind of drink you want for free. The best part, of course, is the manicure! Nara - you are a star. Not only are you a wonderful person, but it’s obvious you excel at and love your craft! I’m so happy with how my nails turn out each time and they stay perfect for 4 weeks. Run, don’t walk to get your nails done here!

I absolutely love my nails and Deyla did a wonderful job. My appointment was on a Sunday night and I did start around 25 minutes after my appointment time but the wait was worth it my nails came out beautifully. I love that deyla suggested certain fall colors and I ended up loving the color choice she recommended!! Definitely going back because the salon is very nice and relaxing. She did a wonderful job with cuticle work and I never felt any pain or discomfort.

This was my first time getting a Russian manicure, and I was honestly so nervous. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. The front desk receptionist greeted me warmly and was so personable, which immediately put me at ease. I was then introduced to Nara, the nail technician who did my manicure. She was incredibly professional, patient, and caring. She took the time to explain the entire process and encouraged me to let her know if anything felt uncomfortable. At every step, she paused to check in and make sure I was okay. That level of attention meant so much to me. Nara mentioned that her English wasn’t perfect, but we understood each other just fine. Her kindness and warmth spoke louder than words. By the end of the appointment, I felt like I had made a new friend. She even gave me a hug before I left, which made the experience feel even more special. And I have to mention how elegant and beautiful the salon is — such a relaxing and upscale atmosphere. Thank you, Nara, for making my first Russian manicure such a wonderful experience. I will definitely be back!

Do not go here if you expect accountability or basic client care when something goes wrong. I say this as someone who was a longtime, very happy client of M. STUDIO, which is why this experience and how it was handled afterward was so shocking. During my most recent manicure with Melissa, the skin around every finger was overworked to the point of broken skin and bleeding. In the days following the appointment, the areas became painful and scabbed, making basic handwashing uncomfortable. I have attached photos taken in the studio and during the healing process to show what happened. This was not a single nick or minor hangnail. Every finger was affected, which I have never experienced in years of coming here. I ultimately sent photos to my doctor, who advised me to come in due to concern about how it looked and prescribed antibiotics as a precaution. Separately, the polish application itself was noticeably far from the cuticle and looked weeks old almost immediately. This added to the sense that the service was rushed and not to standard. Unfortunately, this was especially disappointing because these were my holiday nails and I was traveling shortly afterward. What was most upsetting was how the situation was handled after the appointment. I reached out to the salon multiple times, shared extensive photo documentation including examples of their own past work on me, and tried repeatedly to resolve this privately and respectfully. Each time, my concerns were minimized, dismissed, and ultimately refused any meaningful acknowledgment or resolution. As a loyal customer, I was genuinely shocked by how I was treated despite clear proof. My past experiences here were great, but based on both the service outcome and the repeated refusal to take responsibility afterward, buyer beware.
