I had a wonderful couples head spa experience here on Valentines Day. I loved how clean everything was. They used alcohol wipes on all the devices and the towel all smelt and felt very hygienic. The whole experience was very relaxing. Although located in a busy community, the sound proof system was great and when the staff communicate with each other they intentionally lowered their voices. This is a detail I do appreciate. I highly recommend this place. 30min essential oil massage + 1 hour head spa was only $88. You can’t beat it.

I had a wonderful experience at M & Y Spa with the hair scalp treatment and back massage. I purchased a bundle for $88, and it was absolutely worth it. Emily was attentive throughout the entire session. She checked in to make sure the massage pressure was right, explained each step of the process, and ensured I was comfortable. After the scalp treatment, my hair felt refreshed and rejuvenated. The experience was incredibly relaxing, especially during the herbal mist portion. I went here with my girly and she also enjoyed every part of the experience. Tea and slippers were offered to us as well. Their customer service was exceptional. 10/10

Excellent customer service, Jenn took care of my massage and head! I took the promotion of $88 for one hour of hair and head and 30 mins body massage. I asked for extra 30 mins for $45! It was so relaxing, I slept! Jenn has excellent pressure!! Great had! Highly recommend!

Lily is absolutely amazing! Every time I see her for a scalp treatment, I leave feeling deeply relaxed and stress-free. Her technique is so professional, and her shoulder and neck massage is incredibly on point !She really knows how to target all the tension areas.👍👍 If you’re feeling stressed or just need some self care time, definitely book with Lily. You won’t regret it!

Had a wonderful spa experience here! I stopped by with my cousin for the special offer (scalp treatment and back massage). It was a relaxing hour of scalp care and 30 minutes of massage. Lily and Ying took great care of us. Booking: Staff speak mandarin, cantonese, and some English. My Chinese isn’t great so there was a slight language barrier but I managed just fine. I called to check availability, but would recommend booking online in advance if you can and include any special requests or concerns in the notes. The space: Ideal for small groups. I only saw three beds so I don’t think they can accommodate large parties but call to confirm! What to expect: After checking in, staff will give you slippers to change into. They have a little snack bar in the waiting area which is a really nice touch. They served hot tea and you can grab yourself a small snack (cookies, crackers, chips, candy). They even had coffee! If you’re getting a scalp treatment, first thing they do is use a machine to analyze your hair type and they’ll show you a report afterwards with hair care tips. They do the back massage first. You go into the treatment room and there’s a basket for your belongings. Change into the robe they give you (everything off except for underwear and position the robe so the words are on your backside. You’ll know what I mean when you see it.) The 30 min back massage was perfect. They targeted my neck, shoulders, upper back, lower back, and do a bit of arm stretching. If you want harder pressure just let your masseuse know. The scalp treatment was also spot on. You get a warm eye mask and additional massage (shoulders and arms). During the wash, they use several shampoos and conditioners, washing your hair thoroughly each time, and brushing with a fine comb to relieve itchiness. Finally, they blow dry your hair and use the machine to show you results. You can grab more drinks and snacks after. My hair felt so clean after the wash and the itchiness gone!! I’ve been to many spas and this place is good value and service for what they charge. I paid $88 (per person) not including tip. For a limited time they are also offering a full massage (1 hr) for $58 which is a great deal. I would come back again for other services. Thank you Lily and Ying! And remember to tip well, folks! Edit: Deducting a star because of my recent visit (Dec 2025). While you can’t really beat the price, there were inconsistencies in service the second time. The manager was kind and attentive. She greeted us when we arrived and offered us drinks and snacks. We did the same scalp and back massage special as last time, but they didn’t do a hair analysis. Ying did my massage, but didn’t really hit all the pressure points like last time. Emily did my cousins massage and it was not as expected. She was talking a lot during the experience so it wasn’t as relaxing. At some point she left the room and it sounded like she was taking a phone call, then there was another point where she stepped away mid treatment long enough for us to wonder where she went. She also ripped off the eye mask that they put on you during the hair wash…and not in a very gentle way. Idk the whole process felt rushed. We still left a very generous tip but we’re not sure if we’ll go back.
