The review is long overdue due to an unexpected illness. In Spring of 2023, Jason Jaimangal was extremely polite and helpful in finding me a large, affordable rental apartment in Kew Gardens, New York. I did not sign lease to the unit because the building's common areas [I felt] lacked sufficient lighting. Jason showed me (2) good prospective units right from the start.
