I, love this facility for my dad, at first dad, fought me about being placed in an assisted living facility. But, here comes, Ms. Barbara Castellano, the administrative intake personnel. She was AMAZING, she put all of mine and dad’s fears to rest…..she has a beautiful personality and her smile, just warm my dad’s heart…..he, just love her…..Thank you, for helping me with dad and showing me your caring spirit to all of the other residents…..Greg, she is truly an asset to Madison York!

Since I came back from California, I moved into a very warm and caring environment called Madison York. We just connected here as a community, and even my brother, and brother-in law after the loss of my sister now live with me here. We are Harris family that really enjoy living here. I'm very fond of my relationship with Barbara, Adriana, Saundrill, staff and all the residents. I'm really happy with the service that is provided here. My room is comfortable and my roommate is now bff.

My brother Arthur was a resident here until he had to be placed in a nursing home. Everyone here was so helpful, pleasant and kind. The entire staff knew him by name and looked out for him. I rested well knowing that he was well taken care of in this facility. I thank the entire staff for caring for him.

Barbara and the kind staff at Madison York moved swiftly to help welcome my brother into their community. Knowledgeable, compassionate, and highly reliable, they offer their residents clean and safe accommodations as well as plenty of interesting and beneficial programs and activities. Most importantly, in my experience, they respond urgently and effectively during times of crisis. My brother's situation was dire due to the sudden death of his partner and the loss of his home, but Madison York not only helped us apply for social security and medical benefits but also ensured that my brother made a seamless transition to his new home, where he is quite happy and now on the road to recovery. It's no exaggeration to say that Madison York's assistance has been a godsend during a highly difficult time. Highly recommended.
