I brought my daughter to this hair salon and we had an excellent experience. The staff was very professional, kind and welcoming. They took great care of my daughter and made sure she was comfortable the whole time. She absolutely loved her new hairstyle! The service was top quality and everything was clean and well organized. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for great service and a friendly atmosphere.

Every time I come here for a haircut, it’s genuinely such a happy and relaxing experience. From the moment I walk in, I’m greeted with warmth and kindness, and that positive energy stays throughout the entire visit. Everyone here is incredibly patient, professional, and attentive. They truly take the time to listen to what you want, offer thoughtful suggestions, and make sure you feel comfortable every step of the way. You never feel rushed, and you can really tell that they care about their clients and take pride in their work. The atmosphere is welcoming and calm, which makes each visit something I actually look forward to. It’s not just about getting your hair done — it’s about feeling valued, respected, and well taken care of. That’s something not every salon can offer. I always leave feeling happy, confident, and satisfied with the results. It’s rare to find a place where both the service and the people are this consistently wonderful. I truly appreciate the patience, kindness, and skill of everyone here, and I couldn’t recommend this place more highly.

This is what my hair looks like after just a couple of days I went to this salon. I’m still in shock about how unprofessional the hair cut was. I’m truly speechless. I searched a new hair salon near me and this one had good reviews. I’m not sure how they got them but this is hands down the worst hair salon I’ve ever been to. My hair is chopped and it looks disturbing. I went in, they washed my hair, started to give me shoulders massage. The woman stopped about 30 second in (not sure why, I was even willing to pay more), but more on that later. I was sat in a chair and told them I wanted long layers refreshed and face framing bangs. The man started saying something like “I’m not going to give you bangs too short, just a little bit, not going to cut much ”. Excuse me, I’M THE ONE WHO IS TELLING YOU WHAT TO DO WITH MY HAIR. He basically said he was going to cut it as he pleased, NOT like I asked him to. Then he attempted to cut my hair. First and foremost, he DIDNT EVEN SECTION MY LONG THICK HAIR. He didn’t even cut it in strands. He just used scissors, cut it asymmetrically around my whole head and was done in under 3 minutes. He chopped it so bad that now I don’t know how to save my hair. I now have to purchase hair treatments for hundreds and hundreds of dollars just to fix this mess that was supposed to be a simple layer refresh. After he did the styling with round brushes, but he didn’t use ANY products like mousse and so my hair was straight in the next hour. Then when I was giving them the money, the all looked at me weird and basically blocked my way and said I have to tip the woman who did a “massage”. The tip situation is so out of hand in this country. Additionally, when I washed my hair in a couple of days later going to this salon, it smelled so bad in the shower. Not sure what oil he used afterwards but it seems like it reacted with my shampoo and I couldn’t get rid of the smell. I’m really disappointed and just simply sad. And don’t you dare reply to my comment and offer a free complimentary haircut, I will forever avoid this salon MILES AWAY. I’m still in shock and not sure how I will ever get out of this mess. Even when posting this picture, the automated caption from ai was that it’s “frizzy, untreated hair”. How ironic considering it’s right after the “salon”. NEVER EVER AGAIN.

No communication prior to the haircut. After showing a photo of the haircut I wanted. I was told “okay” and completely ignored. Then, they proceeded to cut my hair while I still had product inside. I tried my best to express that maybe a wash first would be best not once, but three times. No one listened. Of course, the haircut was too short compared to what I asked for, and now I’m stuck with it. All of it could have been avoided if someone listened and if necessary translated. Photos for reference. This place lacks integrity, skill and cognitive function. If you don’t know how to cut hair, why work at a salon? Where did you get your license from? I am so genuinely disappointed and angered. I am writing as his girlfriend because I am genuinely concerned about how distressed he is after this haircut. There was no real communication before the service began. He showed a reference photo of the haircut he wanted and was simply told “okay,” but what followed did not reflect what he asked for. They began cutting his hair while there was still product in it. He tried to explain that a wash first would be better, and he expressed this not once, but three separate times. Unfortunately, no one listened to him. As a result, his hair was cut much shorter than requested. This situation has affected him enough that he is now talking about shaving his head because he feels there is no way to fix it. All of this could have been avoided with proper communication and listening, and if needed, translation to ensure he was understood. I am including photos for reference. For additional context.
