Came here for the first time in Jan last year so figured this will be my annual event! Came for the aura reading & knew exactly what to expect. Got lucky as it was an insanely cold day & for once there was no line or wait. Pic taken rite away & about 8 mins of having the colors & meaning interpreted. I paid the $40 bux & left happy. See ya next year!

I had my Aura read here a couple months back. I really enjoyed the experience. You are not allowed to take photos inside. Once you get in you sit down at the photo machine. If you pay extra you also get a a reading about what the colors mean. It was worth it! I got my reading and I felt the woman was very accurate and genuine. It reads your Aura for 2 weeks. I highly recommend getting the reading as well!

For the low, low price of $40, you too can sit on a stool and have your picture taken by a Polaroid camera from the 70s. This was a unique and fun experience that all ages can enjoy. The staff were excited to share their knowledge on aura readings and were clearly experienced. The physical photo is a great momento to get for your trip and can serve as a great conversation starter. They also offer protective jewelry made with a variety of crystals. That is, if you believe in this stuff. The process was easy and didn’t take long either. There are several locations around the city as well. The aura explanation was a little pricey.

Unfortunately did not have a good experience. Saturdays are definitely not the day to go. It felt like they were herding cattle, the place was packed and my photo was taken in a very impersonal, rushed way. It made my anxiety spike so I doubt I got an accurate aura photograph. Then the woman who gave my reading was dismissive and took barely any time to give me a reading. Everyone else was given extensive details and readings. My reading was less than 2 minutes and when I looked around the people who had begun getting their readings before me weren’t even halfway done. The price has also doubled since last time I went. Think I’ll try somewhere else next time.

Unfortunately, when I stopped by yesterday, (Saturday) my experience was very disappointing. The store was busy, with three people working. After waiting about 10 minutes, I asked one of the staff members if I could pick up my broken bracelet that I had dropped off a few weeks ago to be fixed, but I did't have a receipt and I showed her a photo of my bracelet. Instead of helping, she raised her voice at me in front of everyone and said she didn’t know who I was. Her response was extremely rude and unprofessional. She was heavier than the other staff members. I reminded her that I’ve been a loyal customer for several years, but she still refused to help. Thankfully, another staff member stepped in and was much kinder. She asked for my name and phone number, and although she was able to find a crystal I had dropped off months ago for cleaning, she couldn’t locate the bracelet I came for. She suggested I call another employee (a very sweet lady who had helped me on a previous and work on Sunday). I truly believe crystals carry positive energy, which makes it even more disappointing that someone with such a negative and hostile attitude is working there. Based on this experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding the store on Saturdays. Sadly, after years of loyalty, I won’t be returning.
