I got my 20+ year old engagement ring stuck on my finger, and went to Magnolia jewelers to have it removed and repaired/resized. I made an appointment with Dolly, who organized the process. A jeweler cut the platinum ring off my finger, which was quick and easy with no discomfort. The repair only took a few days, the ring looks like new, and the price was reasonable. Of note, Magnolia did exactly what I requested with no attempt to upsell, which I really appreciated because the ring has sentimental value as-is. Highly recommended.

I custom ordered wedding bands from here with my Fiancé and we have had an amazing experience. They were able to make our bands exactly to our specifications and sent renderings ahead of making them. Everyone here from the salespeople to the craftsmen are highly professional. They greet you as soon as you walk in and offer water, tea, and coffee. I’ve also purchased hoops and got a 24k bracelet repaired from here. Highly recommend this jeweler for all your needs as they have a wide range of jewelry to choose from and are able to custom make items as well. They also offer both lab and natural diamonds. Prices are super fair and based on spot prices of metals. They speak a few languages as well: Mandarin, Cantonese, and English. Special shout out to Irene for always making us feel welcome and spending time with us to understand our needs. We will be back!

I had a wonderful experience purchasing a beautiful jade bracelet. The craftsmanship was excellent, and the piece felt very special. The staff were attentive, friendly, and patient, taking the time to answer my questions and make sure I was comfortable with my choice. Bought a tennis bracelet (lab diamond, white gold) in May 2025 and it broke 3 times in less than 1 year. Not sure if they just can’t repair it completely/properly or the quality is just not there. Either way, this is ridiculous. I’m giving them two stars only because Ella is super nice and sweet. The other staff tried to charge me the first time I went in for repair even tho I showed them my receipt. They told me I“might not be wearing it properly. LOL what?!
