A literal Christmas miracle. Despite New York Labor Laws stating otherwise, my boss forced me to send in a doctors note for missing two days of work due to the flu since I "could possibly need more time off". I accidentally scheduled an in person appointment and initially called the office to cancel, but they instead went above and beyond to get me a same day telehealth appointment and sent over a note stat. Absolutely awesome team.

Dr Eidgah has been my primary for over a decade because his team of nurses, practitioners, and his personal attention to patient care. This is not my first review however, compliments my previous reviews because their practice continues to evolve. First and foremost, their team listens to patients and expands their offering to align with patient needs including the more recent addition of a dermatology practice. During lockdown they expanded into telehealth and have setup a self-booking portal on their website beyond just being available on third party booking website. I especially enjoy the receptionists that follow-up when they say they will and knowledgeable about healthcare insurance coverage and questions. One last point, if they need to refer you to a specialist, they do not overstep their capabilities and make thoughtful in-network recommendations.

Dr. Eidgah found a way to administer the test I needed without have to refer me to another provider, despite initially saying that wasn’t possible. I was very happy with my personal interaction with the doctor as well as the general result of the appointment.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Eidgah for quite some time, and I can’t believe I’m only writing this review now. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and refreshingly straightforward. Whenever I’ve needed a referral, he’s always directed me to the best specialists. The entire office staff is equally impressive-efficient, friendly, and always a pleasure to interact with. Thank you all for your hard work and for consistently providing such excellent care!

This was, without question, the most unprofessional and unacceptable experience I’ve ever had at a medical office. I scheduled my appointment the day before, explained in detail why I was coming in, and was assured it would be fully covered with no co-pay. After rearranging my work schedule and traveling a considerable distance, I walked into an environment that was immediately uncomfortable. The receptionist, Elissa (sp), did not greet me, acknowledge me, or even lift her eyes from her screen. Her demeanor throughout check-in was openly dismissive and unnecessarily hostile. After answering multiple questions, I was abruptly told the visit would cost over $400—completely contradicting the information given to me the day prior. When I calmly explained this, she rolled her eyes, cut me off repeatedly, and responded with an indifference that made the entire interaction feel not only unprofessional, but pointed. Even after speaking with the doctor, all that was repeated to me was the dollar amount, as though the actual medical concern I came in for was irrelevant. The way I was treated—ignored mid-conversation, spoken over, and addressed with a tone that suggested I didn’t belong there—was deeply unsettling. The issue was never the cost; my company would have covered it. It was the attitude, the lack of basic courtesy, and the atmosphere of judgment that made the experience so unacceptable. I would never return and strongly advise others to avoid this office. Their conduct reflects a complete disregard for patients and basic respect.
