The best place to drop off packages. All of my packages got shipped on time. Friendly staff will always help out with a strip of tape or a label pouch. Will be definitely coming back.

Been there 3 times using different prepaid carriers. They do not scan any kind of labels for some odd reason. Does not bring confidence as I ship for business. Plenty of other stores nearby which will do it for you. If you need a Fedex authorized dropoff, go to the Walgreens a block down and get in line. They usually have friendly service. If you have other labels like UPS, DHL or others take a look on google and find another authorized dropoff nearby. All of the other spots I have been to will scan your packages if you ask, this one does not.

Everyone needs to stop coming here and returning packages, yes it may be close to you. But they don’t provide a receipt to show you it was return, especially for products where you scan just the code to return. They don’t scan it properly and it doesn’t go through. I tried returning something from Nike and it’s been 4 days and Nike still telling me the product was never scanned yet and waiting for me to ship it out. The staff are just rushing with these returns and not double checking.
