This is my primary care doctor and the service from all the staff here is excellent. From scheduling to treatment and advice is the best.i am extremely pleased with Dr Hanif she is so professional and understanding. I highly recommend Manhattan Medical Arts.

I had an excellent experience thanks to Alex from customer service and Dr. Crystal. Alex was incredibly patient, professional, and attentive, making sure all of my questions were answered and that I felt supported every step of the way. Dr. Crystal was just as amazing—knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely caring. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable and confident in the care I received. Together, they made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate their help and outstanding service.

Great service for a last minute booking on the day. Pleasant doctor who was caring and helpful and the follow up with the online service was good too when the pharmacy couldn’t locate the prescription - which was their slow system - not the doctor who filed it straight away.

I really wanted this clinic to be reliable, but my experience was frustrating from start to finish. The waiting time was much longer than what I was told, even though I had an appointment. When I finally saw the doctor, the interaction felt rushed, almost like I was being moved along an assembly line. I wasn’t given clear explanations, and I left with more confusion than answers. Healthcare should feel supportive, informative, and human. Instead, this felt transactional. I hope they improve patient communication and scheduling, because those changes would make a big difference. Would not recommend until improvements are made.
