We’ve been coming to this pediatric office since my kids (now 13, 11, and 9) were born, and we’ve always had a great experience. Dr. Kuo has been our pediatrician from the start, and we couldn’t ask for a more caring, knowledgeable, and patient doctor. She truly takes the time to listen, answer all our questions, and make both kids and parents feel at ease. The entire staff is wonderful, the office is clean and well-run, and scheduling is always easy. Highly recommend Dr. Kuo and the team to anyone looking for a trusted pediatrician!

They take the time to listen and explain everything clearly, which really puts us at ease. The office is clean, well-organized, and kid-friendly. We always feel welcomed and well taken care of. My kids have been going to Manhattan Pediatric since they were infants. Front desk is always helpful and always assesses the patient needs if walk-ins. Doctors are always caring and listen to your concerns. I highly recommend Manhattan Pediatric Office.

I very easily went somewhere else and got EXACTLY what I needed and paid someone else. The secretary was putting words in the doctors mouth before I could even get to the appointment. She was speaking for the doctor saying that he / she Is not able to write a doctors note for my child on the first appointment. However, any doctor in the city can do it. I paid someone else and my children have a different doctor still. I got what I needed very quickly elsewhere. I do not recommend

We have been coming here for years and this place is awful. Every yearly checkup I must pay for the co- payments but I questioned it because insurance covers it and they tell me if we owe you money we will return it back. They We’ve been coming here for years, but unfortunately, the experience has consistently been frustrating. Every year, I’m charged co-payments at my annual checkups—even though these should be fully covered by my insurance. Whenever I raise the issue, I’m told, “If we owe you, we’ll refund it.” But they never do. I always have to follow up, chase it down, and push for answers. After contacting my insurance company directly, I confirmed that the charges were indeed covered. Still, Manhattan refused to return the money. Only after repeated back-and-forth did they finally admit they made a mistake—and owed me eight years of co-payments. That’s not just an error—it’s negligence. do. I have to chase it down. I discovered through my insurance the fees were covered but Manhattan won’t return it back. back and forth I finally got it back after they tell me oops we made a mistake we owe 8 years back. And the doctors? That’s a whole other story. Based on a single, brief conversation with my child during the yearly visit, they’ve made incorrect diagnoses—claiming our child has conditions they absolutely do not have. Do you know how hard it is to get a false diagnosis removed from your child’s medical chart? It takes a massive amount of time, stress, and appointments with specialists just to undo the damage. You might not see the impact if your child is still young, but as they get older, it becomes much more noticeable—and much harder to fix. It’s just not worth it. Find somewhere else.
