I had an excellent experience at Marmur Medical and cannot recommend this office enough. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive. The office itself is exceptionally clean, modern, and well-organized, which immediately made me feel comfortable and confident in the care I was receiving. I had both a laser and Botox treatment, and Nurse Courtney was absolutely outstanding. She is highly knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to thoroughly explain each step of the procedures. Her attention to detail, gentle technique, and genuine care truly set her apart. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit and answered all of my questions with patience and expertise. The overall experience was seamless, from check-in to check-out, and the level of professionalism and care exceeded my expectations. I am extremely happy with my results and will definitely be returning to Marmur Medical for future treatments. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for top-quality dermatologic and aesthetic care.

I dont even know where to begin, finding Dr. Rachael Westbay at Marmur Medical literally changed my life in the most amazing way. I was amazed with her knowledge from the moment she explained to me that I had sensitive skin that even just stress from the day could cause acne which left me in awe because this was the case and she knew this just from our first few minutes of meeting ! She single-handedly made my acne non existent, restored the glow and youth to my skin and overall face. I still look like me but but 10 years younger. I am constantly told how young I look for my age. I am extremely grateful for all this but most of all she cured a red rash I had around my mouth for over 5 years and I had gone to over 5 other providers but no one was able to resolve it until now. I started with Dr. Westbay around march by may the rash was gone and by June I was finally back to only wearing my make up only if I wanted to. Prior to this I had to cover the red rash with color corrector but that is no longer I am back to my teen years. I am beyond comfortable with a bare face. And even more exciting for me I am able to take pictures and my skin looks phenomenal with minimal make up I had not been able to do that in years. My self esteem has definitely done a 180 and I have Dr. Westbay to thank for that. She listened and addressed every concern I had. She only suggests what she truly thinks you need and if you are over doing it she will tell you if she thinks its unecessary. After years after trying everything from products to different providers / aestheticians and procedures I finally found it all in one place. And in addition to that it's like visiting an old friend we chat we laugh , it's truly a great time. Its worth every dollar I have spent , I always tell her she can have my pay check and I'm more than okay with it . Her assistant Lisa is also amazing ! very sweet great at her job and always a fun time. If you are looking for an all in one this is it. Thank you Dr. Westbay !

Marmur Medical has a lovely and comfortable office environment with caring and friendly professional staff. I started seeing Dr. Westbay a few years ago for my annual skin cancer checks and some minor procedures. She is thorough and very knowledgable. This past summer I did a Contour TRL deep laser facial resurfacing treatment with her. I can't say enough good things about her expertise, artistry, good humor, and kind demeanor. While it was not painless and had significant recovery time, the results are fabulous, took years off my complexion, and were further enhanced by her gentle and beautiful Botox placement. Dr Westbay is a cosmetic medicine wizard! I am delighted with my outcome and plan to continue further treatments with her to maintain and enhance the results.

I absolutely LOVE Dr. Westbay!! She is such a gem and genuinely cares for you as a patient in every way. She patiently listens to every question/concern you ask her and answers every question with such knowledge it is clear she is a pro! I have seen many derms across my time living in various cities across the country and she is by far the best. I sent my whole family over to her and one member even flys in to see her.
