$30 for watch battery replacement. They claimed it’s Swiss batteries. I popped the cover open to check, it’s energizer, made in USA.

This place is HORRIBLE! The owner of the place, an elder man showed my few maybe 5 rings, then I said I would like to see more rings, he said tell me what you want to buy, I do not have time for showing you rings, tell me when you are ready to buy. I was SHOCKED! I told him I came here to buy rings for my wedding party. Then the other younger guy with long hair joined the conversation and he was rude too saying that they do not waste their time. Well let me tell you this simple customer service rule: Even if buyers come and see and decide to leave to think and come back and buy, they have right to do so. But no, these people want you buy their jewelry right away. In fact their jewelry at least pearl rings all had scratches and the surface of the pearls were peeling off! Real pearls with high quality do not do this. I will file a complaint to mall management. Is this how they do business? They are so RUDE! I will never step in to this place! RUDE and NO CLASS this is what they are like!

Employees are very nice but the owner is very rude. I went for a battery changed and charged me double the amount. Better price is going to zales. Then I went for an adjustment of a bracelet, he didn’t do a good job and charged me. Went for a second time for the bracelet adjustment because it was still loose. He again charged me for a second time. Would never go back again, he should have not charged for the adjustment if already charged me for the first time.

Terrible terrible service! If I could give 0 stars I would. Me and my fiance came in to buy our wedding bands together. We told them our budget and the lady made a face. Mind you our budget was more than $450 which I think is reasonable for plain bands. As one employee was helping my fiance she called another to help me while I was trying on rings. Then she has the nerves to ask if my engagement ring belonged to their store. What the hell??? I told her of course not. This is my ring. We ended up leaving and going to Kay Jewelers and both of us bought beautiful rings in our budget and we still saved $200 for the Labor day sale they had.
