My husband came here got me a necklace he paid 850 dollars or so and I came here the picture is lifting and the guy doesn’t want to fix it and told me I can’t shower with mg necklaces I have other necklaces and how do they have the nerve to tell me I can’t shower with this ? I’m so upset because the fact that it was a special gift for the guy to tell me he can put glue when it’s lifting like are you serious? Came all the way for noting !

Warning: GO ELSEWHERE FOR BATTERY REPLACEMENTS. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I wandered in here looking for watch battery replacements because I couldn’t find the other place I usually go to. I gave the guy at the counter, two really good quality watches in pristine condition that I’ve had for many, many years. He gave the watches to Gus, who apparently is the manager, and seems to hang/work mostly in the back. I felt like he took a while, but never imagined he would botch the back plate so badly. From what I’ve seen, as long as you have the right tools it’s very easy to pop off the back plate, but judging from the GROTESQUE SCRATCHES on my watches, Gus used either pliers or some other heavy tool not meant for watches. I left not seeing the scratches and returned to complain, same day, and all Gus could say was “yeah, tends to happen. I’m sorry.” That was it. Judging by tone and expression he could not care less. The most UNPROFESSIONAL service I’ve ever seen. If you can’t or don’t know how to change a watch battery, don’t do it. Everyone, or at least the clients, would be better off. I’m so enraged.
