I had been putting off grooming my dog because of the weather, but then on a day I really knew I couldn’t wait any longer I saw the van drive by like a sign. I was able to book her for the next afternoon and it was such a great experience. They had to push back my start time but let me know in advance and Jorge the groomer was so lovely. Really kind, listened to my requests, and put in extra time (Stevie is very fluffy and I know all that hair is a lot of work). It could not be more convenient to have the service come right to your street (for about the same price as other local groomers I have used) so will definitely use Jorge again. Thanks!

My sweet girl is very shy and this was her first grooming experience. Yordi did excellent with her despite her fear and anxiety. He took his time and was thorough, very patient and gentle with her.

Well, I wont sugar coat it I made an appointment for 2:00 pm. They gave me a window of 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm the groomer arrived at 4:00 pm. This was my first time using this groomer but first impressions mean everything. I must admit I was very disappointed with the arrival time and the groomer didn't finish both my dogs until around 6:00 pm. He did a good job they look a lot better than they did before. He gave them both a teddy bear face. I really prefer my female to have bows on her ears but it's kool. Also, their fee is very reasonable and I like the fact that I don’t have to go to a shop the mobile van comes to your door. Also, the groomer doesn’t speak much english but he’s very sweet and polite and I like him. I do recommend their service.

The worst groom I have EVER experienced and the poor customer service experienced as well. They offered 50% on my next groom after a horrible groom of my fur baby: uneven cut, nails not clipped, not sure if he did anal glads but I doubt it! Poor communication the groomer did not understand what I was saying. As I said to them why would I trust your next groom when as a first time customer this was the worst experience. Pet parent beware. Please do not trust that the groomer uses clean instruments. Not only a bad cut but irritating and infected sanitary groom. My poor baby is still suffering after 4 days. To Martin Mobile Groomer your groomers need to go back to school. They may be nice but in my experience lack experience. Shame on you and keep your 50%.
