Several complaints with this office. Information is verified within earshot of everyone in the office which often is full. Want to be seen as a walk-in? Good luck, you'll be turn away by staff and advised that you can't be given a doctor's note. One or two assistants have attitudes. I heard one patient complain that she hasn't seen her PCP for a follow up since April 2018 - we're in October. Avoid this office at all cost. Call your insurer and change your PCP.

Please dont go to this doctor .save your self. This doctor kill my mother .he lies .he charge your insurance conpany.when he dont see you. I know cause he did it to mym mom .and now she not here with me .cause of him.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a doctor. First, it took me a month just to get an appointment. Then, on the day of my visit, I had to wait two hours past my scheduled time—only for the doctor to take a 30-minute lunch break while patients were still waiting. I was genuinely concerned about my health and requested an exam to understand what might be wrong, but instead of ordering basic tests like bloodwork or a urine sample, he simply told me to see a specialist. He showed no interest in listening, was incredibly rude, and barely even spoke to me. I would never recommend this doctor to anyone.

these people are a scam. they called my insurance requesting an invoice and i literally have never been to their business. i live on the other side of the country! do not trust them. sergio martinez and llcy osorio are phonies. calling the Better Business Bureau now.

The administration at this medical office is awful. The receptionists never answer the phone and you literally have to go to the office to make a change or cancel your appointment. On top of that, the wait time to see the doctor is over 2 hours which is ridiculous. I will be taking my grandmother to see another pulmonologist. Please don’t come here. To the person who administers this practice…SHAME ON YOU!
