Awesome place for grooming. Been using them ever since I've moved to Flushing in 2015. My Macho is always excited for his beauty salon visit.

Love this place! I have been a customer for more than two years and she never disappoint you. Jessica is so nice and very accommodating to your needs and she gives great grooming to my pup.

My experience here was awesome! The groomer named Jessica was very attentive to my dog champ who is a Pomeranian he's a bit feisty and for the first time I brought him into a groomer with a muzzle for fear he could potentially bite someone. When I returned later to pick up Champ she had given him an awesome haircut exactly as we requested furthermore, added blue bandana giving him the superhero dog look!!! To my pleasant surprise champ was no longer wearing the muzzle either and she had figured out some of the things that were triggering him such as the noise of the buzzer Etc and worked with him to give my dog a pleasant experience thank you so much this is an awesome place.

The BEST groomer and only one I will ever trust with my furbaby. I've been taking my dog there since he was 4 months old for both grooming and daycare, and he's over 4 years old now! Jessica and her team (extremely lovely and pleasant people) treats all the dogs with so much care, like they're their own family members. Master Pups goes above and beyond with not only grooming your dog and making them look SO CUTE, but also is super vigilant about their health & condition. They have so much expertise with dogs and will let me know if anything is even a little off about my dog, and offers great advice or even solutions when she can. My chihuahua trusts them so much; he's always so excited to go get groomed and also play because they always make sure the dogs are safe and having a great time in a cage-free environment. He never wants to leave every time I bring him there. Thank you so much Master Pups for everything you've done for me and my dog, seriously a GEM

I been taking my dog here for more than 15 years now. She builds such a good relationship with him that he only trust way her. When he come back all shower he is filled with happiness and joy that I can see how well treated he has been taken care of. I def recommend for any dog owner 🐶🐾
