Great experience with Matel mgmt. they are responsive and professional. Sometimes my building has a strange odor though. But at least the homeless lady who cleans the sidewalk is nice. She might be the super. No idea.

I lived in a Matel Realty property for 2 years. I was terrified after reading these reviews before moving in, however, I was so pleasantly surprised. Through out 2 years in the apartment, Matel was truly accommodating to our every request. From maintenance requests to general upkeep, they truly met all our needs graciously. In addition to management, staff in the office is also wonderful and nothing but friendly.

Bait and switch professionals, Management was difficult to deal with, the building was poorly maintained, and rent continued to increase without any meaningful improvements. There are no basic amenities such as laundry, and overall the property is significantly overpriced for what is offered.
