Max & Mina's Ice Cream

I went with my friends just to try it out and honestly it was a great experience! Really cool neighborhood spot, the crowd was fun and welcoming. The ice cream was so good it made me want to write a review! If you are in the area definitely go and check it out, you will not regret it!

Ice cream was GREAT!!! The ice cream tasted just like the cereal n cookie flavors. This place is a must to try. The line is long, but don't let that deter you. it's well worth the wait. Flavors in pic- vanilla bean, captain crunch SpongeBob, chips ahoy

The shop is very cute and nostalgic!! The staff is so friendly and very helpful my sister and I couldn’t decide on what flavors we wanted and they allowed us to try several different flavors and they didn’t rush us. Every flavored we tried was delicious but we both got a scoop of Cookie Monster I mixed mine with peanut butter pudding and she mixed her Cookie Monster with cotton candy and we were both satisfied with our flavors.

This is truly one of the finest ice creams I have ever had the pleasure of tasting. I particularly enjoyed the combination of Cookie Monster, SpongeBob, and Fruity Pebbles; it was an exceptional blend. Should you find yourself in the vicinity, I highly recommend experiencing it at least once. The retro ambiance of the establishment is delightful, and the owner or staff member is remarkably pleasant. Furthermore, the price of the ice cream is quite reasonable.

I LOVE Max and Mina’s Ice Cream! It’s sometimes hard to admit to myself, let alone others, but I have always had a sweet tooth. I love chocolates and cookies, but every once in a while, I start to have a craving for ice cream. Not a regular flavor like mint chocolate chip or strawberry, but one that only Max and Mina’s could make: Cookie Monster! I know, the name sounds crazy, and you might not even believe me that it’s a real flavor, but you have to go and try it for yourself. Max and Mina’s is always one of my favorite dessert places in the greater Queens area to go to. The inside gives off a nostalgic vibe with all sorts of pictures and cereal boxes on the wall, which are always cool to look at. In addition to this, the staff is always really nice, and when you pay for one scoop, you usually get two or three, unlike other ice cream stores like Carvel. Since there are so many cool flavors, such as Cookie Monster or SpongeBob, it is very hard to decide which flavor you want, but they are very good at letting you sample practically as many flavors as you’d like! Even if just once, I highly recommend trying this store out because I’m sure you’ll be back wanting more.
