Grace was an excellent broker! She quickly understood what I was looking for and ended up showing me units that I did not come across on StreetEasy. Due to her relationships with many of the top buildings in Manhattan and Brooklyn she quickly got me in for showings, which accelerated the process and was able to lease the perfect unit which was off market. At time of signing Grace did not push and was always open to continue showing me more units, giving me comfort that I had found the best unit for me! Couldn’t recommend her more.

Kiran’s the best, if you need a broker it’s a no-brainer to go with her. I’m moving to NY from out of state and tried the StreetEasy route, but realized pretty soon that I needed to be there checking out these spots in-person to really feel comfortable about where I was gonna be living, so my friend recommended I reach out to Kiran. Kiran made the entire process extremely easy. She’s super responsive, answered all my questions (and I had quite a few), and gave me options/recommendations that matched what I was looking for. Within 2 weeks I signed a lease on a pretty sick studio in Downtown Brooklyn (all done remotely). She walked me through everything and made the whole process infinitely easier for me. Again, you need a broker in NYC, just go with Kiran. Super happy with where I’ll be living and excited for my move-in at the end of the month 🙂‍↔️
