I had a great experience with Daphne in the Dermatology Department over the phone. She was very patient and took the time to explain my insurance coverage thoroughly, making sure everything was clear before my visit. Thanks to her help, I only had to pay my $15 copay. Her assistance made the whole process smooth and stress-free! Looking forward on my future appointment.
I had a very excellent experience during my physical exam. From start to finish, the visit was smooth, efficient, and well-organized. Sini Tang and Angel were both extremely professional, kind, and attentive, making me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment. They took the time to explain everything clearly and ensured all my questions were answered. The office was welcoming, and the overall care exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this medical office for anyone looking for quality and compassionate care.
I had my first appointment with Dr. Julian recently, and I was genuinely impressed with the whole experience. The waiting area was clean, bright, and very tidy and well-kept. This environment and comfortable seating made the short wait much more pleasant. The staffs were polite, helpful, and made check-in quick and easy. I appreciated how smoothly everything ran. When I met Dr. Julian, she immediately made me feel at ease. She was friendly, approachable, and took the time to ask questions and really listen to my concerns. She explained things in a way that was so easy to understand and was very patient with me. As a first-time visitor, I was a bit nervous, but the whole experience was smooth and reassuring. I left feeling informed, cared for, and confident that I'm in good hands. Highly recommend this medical facility and especially Dr. Julian to anyone looking for a thorough and compassionate doctor.
Avoid this place at all costs. The high 4.7 rating feels misleading—it’s hard to believe it reflects genuine patient experiences. They require you to keep a credit card on file, assuring you that no charges will be processed without your authorization. However, they later send emails stating they will authorize charges to your card themselves, which feels contradictory and concerning. The doctors seem rushed and unprepared. Time with an actual “doctor” last only a couple of minutes, and it doesn’t appear that they review your chart beforehand. Despite the brief and unproductive visit, you’re still billed for an additional charge for the interaction. They will tell you that you need to get your heart further reviewed because something looks just a little bit off. And next thing you know you’ve had 4 add ons to the appointment that you didn’t need. I was fasting all day, you would have thought they would have had me done my blood work when I got there. It was 2 hours of nonsense later. The lab department is even more disappointing, cramped, unclean, and extremely uncomfortable. I was stuck twice and they wiggled the needle in my veins. I’ve never had a more horrific experience. There are far better options out there. I strongly recommend choosing another provider.
Went there last March for a routine check-up. My resting heart rate is incredibly low, and my blood pressure is that of someone younger than me. That being said, I can show signs of white coat hypertension and at times show higher readings in a doctor’s office than what I get at home. I was told I had to have imaging of my heart, a procedure I’ve never experienced before. I was told that if there was an issue, I’d be contacted and that I would have to keep my follow-up appointment in two weeks if issue was found. Within 15 minutes of my procedure being complete and leaving the practice, I received notice that all imaging looked great, but would need the second appointment if the cardiologist called and said I needed it. Well, the cardiologist called later that day and said everything looked great and I wouldn’t need to come back. It then took me several phone calls and arguing with the receptionists that I no longer needed a second appointment. After sending 3 photos of my blood pressure from home, the appointment was removed. What’s incredibly odd is I’ve seen the same complaints on Reddit about this practice. What’s even stranger is despite the control and oversight, I was not informed that the practice had switched laboratories for testing, and that my labs were no longer covered, despite paying a copay and being told they were covered. I’ve never paid out of pocket for a routine checkup’s blood work. 10 months later, I received notice in the mail to pay for labs that my insurance says it covered. I then received a debt collection text message and item in the mail saying I had an outstanding bill. When I reached out to my insurance company, they said they had contacted the practice for more info, to no avail. For a practice to force me to take a second appointment that wasn’t necessary, to never call me saying that I will receive a surprise bill, to submit that to a credit service is beyond unprofessional. You don’t have to read between the lines to see what’s happening.
