My experience: I love it here. Dr Shi is amazing❤️Very caring OBGYN, she answers all questions, is very informative, a bit blunt at times, but for your benefit. The staff is very professional and respectful. Sheila is the best! Negative: are put on hold for a while at times and the bathroom has an odd odor, it may be because it's in the basement. A small complaint, overall I have always had a wonderful experience.

I called to make a same day appointment. The front desk ladies were amazing - went out of their way to ask if I can have an emergency appointment, which was approved! Unbelievably fast and so kind in person! I then had the absolute pleasure of being seen by the PA Nathalie. Extraordinary bedside manner, made me feel extremely comfortable, all while doing a very thorough examination. Could not recommend this office more. Thank you so much!

Receptionist is very unprofessional, never wants to pick up the phone. Not sure if she has an issue with me but I am always put on hold for a very long time. She even skips my calls because I’ve called from other numbers while on hold at the same time and she’s answered those calls first. Unacceptable!!!

Use to be very good doctors but I feel sorry for the one is there I don’t even remember her name I believe Dr shy she horrible she have not manners Dr Moore wonderful very gentle the way she take care of her patients she was amazing. I prefer seen by the midwife the the present OBGYN I’ll not recommend her to anyone

Don't bother calling. Just go in person. No one ever picks up the phone. Girlfriend and I both called multiple times throughout the day to get info, morning, early, and late afternoon, and no one picks up the phone. They just leave you hold indefinitely.
