Kate was very nice and helpful with my many packages I was sending across country. She was patient when I had to wait for my labels to get sent to my by lugless. She has a very pleasant demeanor and made the experience enjoyable.
Service was so great that I wished I could be serviced like EVERYWHERE I go!!!! They are great, efficient, affordable and very reliable.

Been waiting for almost a year and still no one investigated the loss of items from my package. DO NOT SEND anything g with them, your package might miss items upon delivery.
