When Meet Fresh first opened in this Bayside area, I was like, heck, yeah! Anyone who enjoys authentic Taiwanese style desserts will know Meet Fresh is probably the top dog. This location is perfect as it's right around the corner of Bell and Northern Boulevards. Bell Blvd is slowly becoming a mini Asian town as the years go by. Parking is not too bad as you can always park on the side streets nearby. The desserts here are delicious, and the two level seating is awesome. Will be back for many, many more desserts.

I was craving for shaved ice 剉冰. Mangoberry Milk Shaved Ice was beyond my expectations. It’s so yummy with a big portion. It’s enough for 2-3 people. I was there on Saturday around 10pm. Not too many people dine in, but still quite busy with all the to go orders. The waiting time wasn’t too long and the staff members were friendly, thoughtful with great attitude even after a long day. Highly recommend!

We came around 9pm and it was still very crowded. There were kiosk for self-ordering. It took a long time to get our order. We spent about $100 which was very expensive for the items we got IMO. The Mochi texture was too hard for my taste. When tapiocas sit on top of shaved ice, they got hard and chewy. Overall, it’s not worth the price.

So, I wanted to like it, but right off the bat, I would give it a 2 out of 10. The only thing that was great was the aesthetic of the outside. The actual shaved ice, it tasted just , like straight ice also when i mention to the desk hey its lackluster with no cream in the ice they recommend i pay extra for the condense milk that its supposed to already include . There was nothing special. My girl was telling me that the one in Brooklyn was so, so much better. The shaved ice was flavorful and excellent from there. But compared to this one in Bayside, it was flavorless and disappointing. I'm not sure if I would ever be back to this one. Specifically also because if you look at the reviews, the reviews are very vicious towards the customers. So, I don't know. If you're a new business, you should be very welcoming to anybody. Even if they cause you trouble because of dogs or employees. Your food was lackluster and needed help. Hopefully, next time I come by, it's a lot better if I have ever come by.

I ordered redbean soup signature with boba and taro ball and additional miniQ. The other order is additional taro balls. After waiting for 30 minutes, this is what I received for my order which is NOT what I ordered. Both miniQ and taro balls were overcooked.
