Melville Montessori Preschool

As we wrap up our daughter’s summer bootcamp, my wife and I couldn’t be more grateful to have discovered Melville Montessori Preschool in Forest Hills. From the moment we walked through the doors, the warm, attentive care of the Melville team put us at ease. They greeted our daughter and us with genuine smiles and enthusiasm every single day. Our daughter has blossomed in this nurturing environment. She’s made many friends that she can’t stop talking about them at home, and we know she’ll cherish these memories for years to come. Watching her confidence grow has been one of the greatest joys of her first school experience. A special shout out goes to Mr. Erik and Ms. Ilene. Their energy and positivity create a wonderful atmosphere, from morning greetings to end-of-day send-offs. They’re incredibly responsive to questions and concerns, too, which gives us peace of mind as parents. While I understand the logistical challenges and higher tuition of a Montessori program, I recommended Melville team for exploring options for breakfast and lunch and they’re committed looking into it. I cannot recommend Melville Montessori highly enough! My 3-year-old daughter attended their summer camp, and it was an incredible experience. The teachers were not only supportive but also incredibly engaging, fostering a warm and nurturing environment that allowed her to thrive. Each day was filled with creative activities that sparked her curiosity and encouraged her love for learning. The staff truly cares about each child's individual needs, making sure every child feels valued and included. My daughter looked forward to camp every day, and I saw her confidence grow in just a short time.

This is an incredible pre school that I would recommend to any parent. My daughter has been going to Melville since last year. Mr Erik is always there to greet you with a smile. The teachers are so attentive and nuturing. Melville provides a beautiful space for children to learn and grow.

We absolutely love Melville Montessori, and are so happy we choose this school for our child! The teachers are wonderful and go above and beyond for the children. We confidently drop our child off with no worries becuse we know the staff takes such good care of them. Ms Ilene & Mr Erik are fantastic people and care deeply about the development of every child that walks through the door. We have constant communication and always know what are child is up to throughout the day. My child runs through the doors every single day so excited. We couldn’t be happier with our choice!

Our daughter has been with Melville since they opened up at September and we cannot say enough about it. From the beginning, the team at Melville were super communicative and responsive to any questions we had. The teachers are patient and take really good care of our daughter and really listen to all of our concerns while giving us great feedback on anything we had concerns about.
