Having experienced nail care in Japan for many years, I struggled to find a salon in New York that truly met my expectations. Mayu’s work proved to be a refreshing exception! Her technique is consistently precise and refined, from the base preparation to the final finish. The care was exceptionally thorough, and the results exceeded my expectations. The products used are of high quality, and the design consultation was conducted with great care and professionalism!! I will absolutely return and highly recommend her services:)

Suguru is an excellent hairstylist and a true professional. As a dog groomer, I pay close attention to technique and precision, so I really admire his skills. I have fine hair, and for me it’s very important to have a haircut that falls and styles the right way. Suguru takes his time and pays great attention to detail. If you bring reference photos, he carefully follows them and often makes the result even better. His haircuts grow out beautifully and last a long time. I’m very happy that I found him.

I had such a great experience here. Mayu is incredibly talented and so thorough. She has a really delicate eye for detail and did an amazing job adapting the nail art design I brought in. She paid attention to everything from shaping and prepping my nails perfectly to executing the design beautifully. She also made the whole process really collaborative and easy, offering helpful suggestions while making sure the final result matched what I had in mind. I’ve had these nails on for over a month and nothing has chipped or lifted, which is impressive since I use my hands a lot. I’ll definitely be coming back. Suguru gave me such an exceptional experience. I’ve tried to get the perfect French bob multiple times with other stylists, and this is the first time I truly felt heard and understood. He is incredibly detail-oriented and precise, and he took the time to thoroughly review my inspiration photos, discuss my hair history, and set realistic expectations before we even started. His energy is warm and friendly, which made the entire appointment feel easy and collaborative. What impressed me most was his depth of knowledge. He not only delivered exactly what I was hoping for, but he also walked me through how to style the cut and explained what works best for my specific hair texture. After just one appointment, I completely trust Suguru with my hair. I’m so glad I found him and will absolutely be returning.

I heard that nail services had started here and decided to visit right away. Being treated in a private space made the experience incredibly relaxing — a perfect break from everyday life.☺️✨ The nail artist is warm, friendly, and very easy to talk to. She has such a lovely personality that you genuinely look forward to seeing her again.🫶🏻 She also knows many great cafés, and chatting with her during the appointment is always a pleasure. Her skills are excellent, and the entire service was comfortable from start to finish. I was very happy with the result. She did my birthday nails on this visit, and thanks to her beautiful work, I was able to spend my special day feeling extra special.
