My friend and I got our nails done at MG and had a great experience! Both of our technicians were fantastic and paid really close attention to detail. They worked with us to get the exact designs we want and double checked everything was what we wanted before curing the polish. The entire application process was smooth and easy. It was our first time getting extensions and we love them!

Definitely love the service and the quality of time, April is amazing and super helpful when it comes to doing the nails. I had asked her what will be the best and she gave me her point of view which as a person who is constantly changing their mind, was very helpful. I will definitely book again with April

First of all let me just say the prep that goes into your nails is INSANELY GOOD. I think they spent at least 30 mins just prepping my nails and cutting the cuticles and filing. I wanted gel extension nails and I was so amazed at how much they were taking care of my nails before applying the gel nails. And then even after application was done, there were extra steps to make sure it’s filed down properly and there was a lot of aftercare. My nails turned out translucent pink and it’s really pretty. Next time I would request a mirror catseye nail look. Overall it’s something you can get for a simple look. I would say it’s really really expensive here though so that was the only downside.

Service was terrible. I have no idea what happened with the nail technician. When I walked into the store, she didn’t even ask what color I wanted—she just sat me down and started removing my nails. I was like… umm, okay. Then I picked a color for the cat-eye style. The ridiculous part? She had already prepped everything for the cat eye and then told me the color I chose was out of stock. Why wouldn’t you check the color first??? So unprofessional. Would not recommend! I found this place because of the Google reviews… and now I’m really questioning those high ratings. updated: When I was seated, the technician did not ask what color I wanted. I had to be the one to ask, “Aren’t we looking at the color chart?” She only asked about the color after she had already started removing my nails. I told her I wanted to see red options. Let’s also talk about the environment. The tables and chairs were messy and not cleaned up. There seemed to be a break area nearby where someone was eating strongly scented food (it honestly smelled like hot pot), and the staff’s conversations could be heard throughout the entire salon. Of course, chatting is fine, but the lack of sound control shows little consideration for customers’ comfort. Additionally, the nail tools used were not sanitary tools. While trimming my nails, she only asked whether to cut and how short, but never asked what nail shape I wanted before she started filing. Lastly, the owner clearly sided with the employee — which may make you a supportive boss, but it certainly did not make this a good customer experience.
