Dr. Berry is very nice. He's kind of quirky in a pleasant way. He is a good listener, responds clearly to any and all questions, provides helpful feedback, and I've been in and out very quickly both times I was there. Dr. Berry smiles a lot and he seems like a nice human being in general. His staff are also very pleasant and capable. I'm 100% satisfied with my experiences there so far.

I took my son to this doctor, but I saw a different doctor. She was nice and made sure that Dr. Berry took a look at his situation, as well. They were both very pleasant. However, the staff that is in the front are extremely dry and unwelcoming. They weren't verbally rude, but their body language and unwelcoming spirit spoke volumes. I didn't wait too long, but I was at the verge of leaving due to the overall feeling I got from the reception/waiting area. I will be going back for a followup appointment because of the attention given to my son and his condition by the doctors. I would recommend the doctors. However, the ladies at the reception area need some training. I would have given them five stars had it not been for the receptionist.
