Dr. Ngan and Dr. Lam were good but the receptionist were rude and unprofessional. They were not helpful at all. If you don’t mind to wait for 2 hours with appointment and you don’t mind the receptionist treat your kids like a trash and go for it. If they change their management and I will stay with the doctors.
Very Bad Services, Waiting from 10AM
The front deck are bad and unprofessional , They reject new penitents, So disappointed that this office management, They doctor or boss should to be reviews our feedback and opinion.
Come here only if you are willing to wait 1-2 hours, small waiting area, barely room to moved, they jammed so many patients in a day that you have to wait forever. Wait for over an hour just for my kid to get a shot, go elsewhere!
