Great place. Staff are nice and helpful. 👍👍👍 They expanded recently and they have a new adult doctor that is patient and very nice!

They are my boys Pediatric since born! They never disappoint us. Deeply appreciated Dr. Lam and her sincere professionalism make our life easier. My boys love her and Dr. Ngai! And all ladies technician, they are nice and sweet, my boys dont even scare for the shot. Front desk ladies also very helpful! One busy clinic but all of them are professional and nice!

The low stars review are pretty accurate, I've been coming here since 2020 and in 2025 I've seen a better change (maybe it was just because of the day I went?) but the front desk receptionist team has been better, the place still has issues with only having 1 MD/DO that has always been a serious issue they need to resolve. You cannot make a simple appointment for a shot for your child because they have one MD, completely booked for 2 months or more. I'll give this place 5 stars for the improvement I personally saw, the nursing team and doctor has always been a pleasure to work with. They listen and attend to your needs, they give wholistic approach before telling you to just take medicine which is what I like.

Dr. Lam is very nice and knowledgeable. That’s the only reason I come to this office. However, there’s no guarantee you will be able to see Dr. Lam every time. All the receptionists and medical assistants are rude and impatient. Especially for those who speaks Taishanese. Every time, you will need to wait 2-3 hours if your child is sick. And front desk ladies always let their friends to skip the line which is totally gross and unfair. All the ladies working at the front desk have arrogant attitudes. They act as if they’re at a higher level than all the doctors. Apparently, the office manager doesn’t care at all about what is called patient care.

Harsh and honestly downright cold. My father had switched out once due to a move. But he decided he wanted to come back as he preferred them and was willing to make the trip across a distance. Instead they rather reject him for one switch. He has been coming for years, but they quoted that the doctor doesn't like patients who jump back and forth. How is a one time switch jumping back and forth??? Absolute no sympathy for their patients. Not once did anyone in that office mention that if we switched out that we're not allowed back after if circumstances changed.
