Dr. Zhang is always very patient and thorough on explaining things to me.I have been seeing her for years. I trust her and her professionalism. I took my son in today, he was very scared in the beginning. But she and her team make the whole experience very pleasant. Thank you Dr. Zhang and your wonderful team. Would definitely recommend her service to other patients.

Dr. Zhang is one of the best eye care providers in the Flushing neighborhood, combining the most advanced ophthalmic knowledge with deep empathy for her patients.

Yesterday was my first visit to an optometrist ever and Dr. Zhang really impressed with her attentiveness and willingness to be helpful. She took her time to thoroughly explain everything and answer all questions. She seems to put her patient’s wellbeing above all- she told me that although she is in network for my insurance, supplemental benefits from my employer would cover for more out of pocket costs. I don’t believe other providers would bother as they are getting paid either way. Will definitely be returning.

Great Doctor, She saw me a bunch of times after my yearly free visit without charging me to make sure I adjust to my glasses properly. Very attentive and welcoming office. It was never too busy when I went and I was usually seen within 15 minutes. The frame selection was great and I was even able to find something. She gave me a recommendation on what addons I should get to my prescriptions based on the work I would be doing within the next year, I was switching jobs at the time. If you have to choose an eye doctor within Flushing I suggest Dr. Zhang.

Poor service, this clinic only looks at money. I wanted to go to this clinic to have my vision measured for glasses. Since I have an eyeglass store that I want to go to, I only wanted to have my vision measured and the data needed for glasses at this clinic. Before I made the appointment, I made it very clear to the staff about the data needed for the glasses. However, after the test, the staff told me that they wouldn't take the test unless I got my glasses from them, but they still claimed my vision insurance, which made it impossible for me to find another place to take the test. When I went back to this clinic and told them my situation, they wrote me a sticky note and refused to give me a prescription. It was only after I strongly requested that they gave it to me. All this happened just because I didn't want to get my glasses at their clinic, they can’t make money from my vision insurance.
