I went to the Miniso store in Flushing Tangram Mall today, and honestly, the staff were so nice and friendly! 🥰 They really took time to listen to what I was looking for, helped me find exactly what I needed, and were super patient the whole time. Such kind and caring service made my day!! Shout out to Carlos and Carlos, and another beautiful lady (Sorry, my bad, I forgot to ask for her name) but she's awesome! 💕. Definitely will come back again! I have always loved blind boxes and different IPs; they are good companions of mine. Miniso had them, and also cute hair accessories, kitchen supplies, and Asian snacks etc., so I always stop by. I would recommend it to everyone; a good place to find what you like and need!

Such a fun store to browse in. You will definitely find something you need. The store is clean and organized, staff is friendly. We had so much fun looking at all the inventory.

Miniso is honestly one of those stores you walk into just to browse and end up leaving with a bag full of fun stuff. They have such a wide range of cute, quirky, and surprisingly useful items from home decor and gadgets to beauty products, plushies, and snacks. It’s like a mini treasure hunt every time you go in. The store layout is clean and easy to navigate, and everything is priced super reasonably, which makes it even more tempting to grab something just because. Whether you’re looking for a gift, something to brighten up your space, or just want to treat yourself, Miniso always has something fun waiting for you. Definitely worth checking out if you love affordable finds with a playful twist.

I was needing a place to explore and shop since I am from out of town and Miniso came up on my social media as a place to check out. I was not disappointed - especially with the rest of the mall still slowly opening up! The location was very clean and well-stocked. They had a variety of items ranging from home goods to pet toys and I enjoyed just being allowed to browse. Everything was also very affordable - I walked out with 5 items for under $20. Be aware that they do charge for a bag if you are needing one for your items. The only thing I know people may not enjoy is that the plushies were around $14 for the big ones, but when we're looking at high prices for imported items compared to similar prices for things shipped to places like Target, I think it's a pretty good deal still!

I came her to redeem my birthday commentary. I told this girl I was here last month and tried multiple ways to redeem. No luck. I told her can she please at least try with the kiosk because my friend was able to redeem hers. She tried to complain the things that I already know. She got the Manager, he was able to help me with my birthday complimentary via the kisok. I was a happy customer until this manager asked me to apologize to that girl. Excuse me? For what? He said I was rude to her? At this point, I was mad. What did I do? I asked politely. She told me the things that I already knew. I wasted a lot of my time to redeem the blind box. I was no where rude to her. She didn’t smile at me or help me with anything. If any, she should train herself better at servicing. And If I took her words, I would not be able to redeem anything. In the end, I have to give props to the two managers. They maintained their coolness. By the way, if any person try to redeem their birthday complimentary, the website will not send any codes to you to activate. Nor any app to download to help you. Just come and ask for the manager for help. But I’m sure they all try to tell you the same thing and wasting your time.
