Miss Bubble Laundromat

Great laundromat with great service provided. Very clean and high efficiency washer machines

Everything is perfect except the worker who is working and charged for this laundromat most of these days. I had some multiple situation when there is technical difficulties (ex. dryer stays cold when I set it to high temperature), only response I got from this lady was "It is not my Job", and "the dryer can not go high temperature that's why it is not working". Very rude and demanding lady who doesn't know why and how she is charged is this laundromat.

No enough weter come at the washing machine. when i told owner it her husband pushed the cold water button. After that still no enough water. just put on some more water. I puted more water myself. I bring the water from a bathroom.

I have used this laundromat for around 5 years, since I moved into the neighborhood but it has slowly gone downhill since that time. The washers and dryers are frequently out of order, the allow people to use 5-8 machines at a time creating a long wait for others, and they do not maintain their machines. The workers there used to be nice and understanding if the machine stopped working but not anymore. I had one worker “fix” a problem by telling me I need to select hot water to wash my clothes even when I explained I cannot wash those clothes in hot water. I have also been yelled at when a machine stopped working and I wanted to use another one. I never asked for a refund, simply that my coins be transferred to a working machine. Apparently these requests are too much. They are rude to some customers here but let other customers do whatever they want.

The facility itself is fine. The problem is the staff member who’s usually on duty. There was a time when I accidentally inserted too many coins into the dryer. I asked her for help, and instead of telling me it couldn’t be refunded, she simply pressed the start button without my permission. Even if refunds aren’t possible, she shouldn’t be making decisions for customers. When I told her this wasn’t reasonable, she gave me a “not my problem” attitude. Completely unprofessional and irresponsible.
