The owners are very friendly and they did a great job removing a stain on this 24 year old jacket, looks almost brand new! I paid $25, which I think is fair.

Friendly service. I brought in a long WHITE down coat to dry clean with 5+ YEARS of coffee stains. Yikes… I know. I should have brought it in earlier. They removed all the stains as if it was never there. I’m honestly so impressed. I wish I took a before picture. Thank you for your services.

I was VERY disappointed how I was treated by the tailor. I dropped off my jacket on a Thursday morning and asked for it to be done by Saturday. I take full responsibility in not mentioning a time. No big deal, I asked for the jacket back because I couldn't return in the afternoon. I was yelled at with a finger pointing in my face "you told me Saturday but no time". I said "sir, stop pointing in my face! I don't want to argue with you, just give me my jacket, it's fine." He proceeded to go to the back and yell at the 2 Hispanic employees there, belittling them like they were children! I was disgusted to say the least. I slammed my hand on the counter and yelled "STOP YELLING AT THEM!" He spoke to them in Spanish as if I couldn't understand, but I did. He demanded the ticket back, chasing me out of the store and I told him with a few choice words that I wasn't giving it back to him and ripped the ticket up." He was mean, hot headed and a disgrace to this establishment. I've been going there for years and now I will not be returning after they way I and those employees were treated. Lucky I don't call the Department of Labor! I'm appalled and very angry on the way those employees were treated!

I have been coming to this place for the past 15 years. It has always been very expensive, but the qualify of service was worth it to me up until today. I kept quiet before, when I was told that a down coat cost 65$ to clean when I cleaned it at another place for 35$, but today was when they lost me as a customer forever. They completely destroyed my husband's shirt by washing it instead of dry cleaning, and blamed the whole thing on me. I was told that I brought a faux leather collar shirt with a melted, ripped and otherwise damaged collar for dry cleaning. Why would anyone do that in their right mind?! They refused to admit their fault, and kept telling me that they called me two months ago when no one did. I may have lost this shirt, but they will lose so much business because of it. Stay away from this place!!! It is not the same anymore!!! There are plenty of other places in the neighborhood that charge less and do a great job.
