I found Miyad Realty randomly on CL I think. I couldn’t have had a better random vendor connection. Sam was just a good human and this team knows everyone! Able to actually meet the landlords not just random property management people for some huge buildings. And he had personal relationships you could tell they just liked him. He So thoughtful through the entire process and he was very transparent about his relationship with the reports and he try to find a win-win for both sides and even though the contract negotiations are never easy he was so calm and patient through it. We got a fancy fully built out space for wayyyy less than market and I would never have found this commercial space on my own.
