This place was AWESOME and makes me so glad to live in NYC where it's easy to find good repair shops. My 2015 Bose QC headphones had a faulty wire that I was able to temporarily fix with a piece of paper, but MobiCompu repair was able to fix it for real! They were responsive to my questions and flexible with timing. 100000% would go back if I run into any future issues with Bose products.

Edison was so helpful. He helped me pick out a new charger, explained what was wrong with my phone, and cleaned my phone. Will definitely be going back. Great service.

Friendly, honest, and up-front about cost & timing. Just what you would want a neighborhood repair place to be like. Had my Bose active noise-cancelling wired headphones repaired there. A good experience all around, especially after several other places had turned me down without even looking at the headphones.

Terrible place. Brought my macbook pro in for a screen replacement. They do not use genuine apple parts and had to delay the repair because the screen they got in was faulty. When I go to pick it up with the so-called “working” screen, I learn once I get home that closing the screen doesn’t actually turn off the display. I cope with that by changing the settings. A month later, the screen randomly cracks by just adjusting it and the whole thing is screwed. Screw this place for scamming me out of $500.
