I'm so glad to have found this place to fix my MINI instead of going all the way into Midtown and getting ripped off. MINI owners know it's expensive to fix anything, and the guys here can analyze the problem and get it fixed at a reasonable price. Parts you obviously have to pay for, but I really trust Tony and won't go anywhere else even for something as simple as an oil change.

I’ve been living in this neighborhood for many years, and unfortunately this is the second time I’ve been treated rudely at this Mobil store — once a few years ago, and again last night. I simply asked the cashier, “Can I get the cheapest Newport?” He looked annoyed and replied, “Nothing is cheapest,” then said “Every Newport is 20.5” with a very disrespectful tone. Because of his attitude, I said I didn’t need it and walked away. When I asked for his name to provide feedback, he refused to tell me and wouldn’t even look at me. Very unprofessional and unnecessary. It’s disappointing to see the same rude behavior happening years apart. As a long-time customer in this area, this kind of attitude makes me not want to return to this location anymore.

Watch out your card transactions, they will charge your card twice. And they will refuse to refund. You have to call your own bank to dispute. Void to going this place

The Indian guy in the afternoon didn't care to help me at all with a receipt or with questions about gas. Horrible service and his response was "I don't know man just go" Never going to this Mobil ever.
