Have been coming here for almost seven to eight years now. Teeth cleaning, cavities and wisdom teeth extraction. Front desk are always eager to help and explain all the paper work clearly. Dr Wong explains the procedure and updates me on what kind of cleaning I should focus on. Highly recommended! Bonus: They are fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English. There is always clarity in their work!

The RUDEST, most DISRESPECTFUL dentist I’ve ever experienced!! DO NOT COME!!! The dentist blamed the patient for their dental problems and said their teeth were bad because they “didn’t brush properly,” then added that “nothing will help.” What kind of doctor talks to a patient like that?????? Dental issues can have many causes, and shaming a patient instead of explaining treatment options is extremely unprofessional! Even worse, the patient needed treatment urgently, but the office refused to file a new insurance claim. Their response was: “You think they got money? The US is in war!” That made absolutely no sense and sounded like an excuse to avoid helping. This was dismissive, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable behavior from a healthcare provider! Patients deserve basic respect and clear explanations!
