Monica’s Spa Queen NY: Affordable Nail Salon and Best Massages & Russian manicure

I’m honestly not sure why some of the other reviews were negative—my experience was the complete opposite. Everyone there was so kind and welcoming, and the work was absolutely beautiful. Last time, Diana did my nails and they lasted a full month without a single issue. I went to Damaris yesterday and walked out beyond happy. She even noticed my cuticles were damaged and generously gave me a cuticle oil on the house which I highly appreciated❤️.. They also use this really cool technique with UV-cured press-ons—super durable and refillable, which I’ve never seen at other salons. I’m in love. Place is super accommodating, unlike other salons who yell at you for every change or request you have. They will fix anything and even encourage you to voice concerns to make sure you leave happy. Seriously, if I could give more than five stars, I would.❤️🫶🏻

The worst nail salon ever. I needed to get my nails done last min. It took two hours to get them done. After she applied the gel color it started looking bulky. And when I felt the nail it was really bumpy. She filed my nails down so much I can’t take them off with acetone either. It took for hours to get them off. The lady ruined my nails. DESPITE ALL THAT she charged me 85 for these garbage nails. I wanna give them a 0 star. SAVE YOUR MONEY PEOPLE.

Took my mom to do her nails so she can relax and have a very nice moment ..since shes always working 💪 Made the appointment when they opened and they told me the availabilities .at the end they made my mom feel left out .. I wouldn't mind if they have told me they are fully booked. I could've just look for better places .. "I respect people who take time and effort . " no wonder it took minutes to to do all the manicure and powder dipping process .... btw this job lasted only days

IT TOOK 2 hours to get this done. Rude and disrespectful. I vocalized my concern to the individual paid for my services and tipped. 40 dollars for nails 10 dollars for tip. Owner was listening and didn’t even intervene AND SHE DIPPED. Came back because I was so disgusted with my nails and asked for a refund or soak off and keep my money. They said they were closing. The two individuals turned the light off and acted as if they were going to pull the gates down. I respect people who take time and effort especially when it comes to labor like this. But THIS BUSINESS IS A PLACE THAT IS NOT EVEN WORTH COMING TO. I came due to reviews. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS POOR. My nails look like I have blotchy blue nails. The audacity to even ask what’s wrong with it and telling it looks fine. Don’t ever cheat on your nail tech even if your desperate to get you nails done to come here. TO MONICA FYI YOUR TRINIDADIAN FRIEND ASKED YOU IF YOUR NEW MACHINE IN THE BACK WAS A SCAM SO…… PSA WATCH FOR WHATEVER SERVICES SHE ADVERTISES!!!

Really was hoping to finally love this place again. I use to come here with my mom regularly but we moved about 4-5 years ago prior to covid and it been awhile. Wanted to give this place a try again. Did end up having a nail tech that remembered my mom and use to do her nails with. That was nice. She did my sns french powder. Basically my left hand all the nails popped off after a day. I went back got them fixed and then Saturday the right side popped off. I gave up and ended up taking them off from the hand that got fixed which was easy not hard at all. Big disappointment. I would say this isn’t a place to waste your money on nails. I’m sticking to doing my own.
