I got my Sheaffer and Parker necklace pens the day after Christmas, only a few working days after ordering them. I'd searched unsuccessfully for those for a couple of years. The prices were reasonable and the customer service was excellent.

I came here looking for a particular high-end mechanical pencil for a gift. I mistakenly thought they had it in stock in the store but it turned out only to be in stock online. Not to worry! The man in the shop phoned a colleague in their warehouse and 15 minutes later, I had my pencil. You don't find service like that in many places.

A terrible store front that sells fake Lamy merchandise, I will try my best to get my money back. I don’t know what to expect from these dishonest and disgraceful sellers any longer, they behaved improperly with me on the phone as well after selling me a laughably bad lamy dialog fake.
