Very shady doctors office. 1. Caters mostly to Asian families --Nurses speak poor English & signs are all in Chinese, 2. I can never use m HSA account it's always "cash". Doctor wanted cash for my sons curcumission claiming it's not covered. I've never heard of such thing. He wanted cash only also for my IUD. But they can take my other forms of payment for bills 3. Receptions tell you to come whenever. Appointments don't really exist. 4. Got my 1st bill for a copay, called to pay, women was very nice and said just mail a check. I called back to get a prescription refill and a different front desk women was threatening me to withhold my medication! Absolutely inappropriate. My bills due date is 6/24. This happened the other day on 6/20. She said i needed to pay first. Very, very unprofessional practice. it's sad because the doctors are very kind and welcoming. It would've been nice to continue to come here.
